NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION FOR 5-6 WEDGES Calories: 107*Calories from Fat: 1*Fat: 0g*Saturated Fat: 0g*Trans Fat; 0g* Protein: 1.5g*Carbs: 14.5g*Dietary Fiber: 2.5g*Sodium: 232mg*Cholesterol: 0mg INGREDIENTS · 2 large sweet potatoes, skin on, well scrubbed · 1 ½ Tbsp/22ml best-quality olive oil · 4 cloves garlic, passed through a garlic press · ½ tsp/2.5ml sea salt · Freshly ground black pepper · 1 Tbsp/15ml dried oregano, crumbled · 1 Tbsp/15ml fresh rosemary, chopped* *If your kids flip at the “green flaky stuff”- omit it! PREPERATION 1. Preheat oven to 450°F/232°C. Cut the potatoes into finger-like wedges. Place them in a bowl and toss with the rest of the ingredients. 2. Line a cookie sheet with Silpat or parchment paper. Place the sweet potato wedges on the cookie sheet so the pieces remain separate from each other. 3. Bake for 30 minutes or until wedges develop a golden color.
