Welcome to the year of the rabbit. According to acupuncturist and wellness expert Lisa Reichert of Surfacing Wellness, it's the perfect time to catch your breath, calm your nerves and take care of yourself.

To kick-start your redo, grab Reichert's easy Liver Detox Tea recipe here. It's packed with dandelion leaves and milk thistle to cleanse the body, as well as herbs to reduce stress and relieve bloating.

Some of the ingredients might not sound familiar, but Reichert says you don't have to trek to Chinatown to purchase them at a specialty herb store--she found everything at Whole Foods in the bulk herbs section.

Serves 1

2 tsp. dandelion leaves
2 tsp. milk thistle
5 rose buds or 1/8 tsp. lavender buds
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
piece of one licorice stick (use more or less depending on your taste)
lemon zest to taste

Place all ingredients in a tea ball or tea bag. Add to a mug of hot water and let steep for several minutes. The tea is slightly bitter, but should have a pleasing anise flavor from the licorice, and a floral aroma.
