Orange-Honey Acorn Squash

Ingredients
2 acorn squash 1 pond each, halved and seeded
1/3 cup water
2 Tbs orange all-fruit spread
2 Tbs orange juice
2 Tbs honey
¼ tsp salt
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 400F
2. Place the squash halves cut side down in baking pan. Add the water, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes
3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the Orange fruit spread, orange juice, honey and salt.
4. Drain any liquid remaining in the baking pan and turn the squash cut-sides up. Spoon the orange-honey mixture into the squash and bake for 35 minutes, or until tender.
