Pear & Walnut Quinoa Salad

3 C. Quinoa - Prepare quinoa according to box directions…may substitute brown rice or couscous.
1 large pear, cored and diced
3 medium green onions, chopped
½ C chopped walnuts, toasted
1/3 C. crumbled feta or blue cheese
1/3 C. raspberry vinaigrette *
½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
dried cranberries (about 1/3 Cup)
Combine all ingredients (except dried cranberries) in medium bowl - toss to coat. Top with dried cranberries. Serve immediately.
