Meditate

Think meditation is not for you? So did I. When my co-workers on the show (Eric & Melissa) suggested I take up meditation as my New Year's resolution, I took the hint. It took me over a year to actually start, but I am convinced it has completely changed me. A 20 minute meditation can be the equivalent of a two hour nap. It also teaches you how to handle day to day stress.
